Expertise and compassion
I am a very nervous patient who dislikes dental needles and for many years avoided interventions that required an injection. I have received a lot of support, patience and compassion in managing and controlling my anxiety around dental needles which has meant for the first time in many years I have been able to cope with a dental extraction. I cannot thank the dentist enough for helping me with this challenging journey. It has made an enormous difference to how I now view my visit to the dentist. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Brilliant service every time.
Every time I visit (twice yearly) I come away feeling happy, informed and cared for. My dentist is very thorough, explains everything in a friendly and professional manner and treats me like a person, not a number. You can tell they enjoy their job and care about what they do. My Hygenist is the best I have ever had and again is extremely thorough yet personable. I never dread visiting the dentist and my mum, who is petrified and has always been also really rates the service she receives from both the dentist and Hygenist.
Thoroughly recommend this practise and would not want to go anywhere else.

My teeth are heavily filled and I am anxious at a dental surgery. Medika dental are always there when I need help and have been able to advise on better care for my teeth as issues arise. They are supportive and professional, instill calm, and explain everything they are doing to you. They also explain all costs. I completely recommend them.

Just to say that the experience was exceedingly good.
Everything explained clearly and the treatment and manner of patients is wonderful.
I recommended this practice to a friend about 18 months ago, when she experienced a problem and, although she has moved right away from this area now, was very impressed and very grateful.
I would not hesitate to recommend the practice at any time in the future.

My youngest suffers from anxiety and gets himself worked up every time he is due an appointment. Nas is amazing with him, they discuss the tools he wants her to use, she is honest and up front with him but in a manner that doesn't increase his anxiety. Consequently dental visits are becoming less and less stressful
