Media dental are a great team of professionals and I'm very grateful to be one of their patients along with other family members. I have found them to be very informative and careing especially during covid . I phoned the receptionist yesterday and got a little emotional about the problem I was facing with my crown , she was amazingly sympathetic and had me booked in the next day for an emergency appointment and was waiting to reassure me when I arrived. Having never suffered from toothache
and experiencing enormous amount of pain Medika dental practice Came to my rescue.
Initially the phone call triage with Dr Karami which was detailed empathetic and amazingly reassuring.
I had an appointment arranged very quickly where I was seen by Dr Motamedi. Following a very thorough but gentle examination he explained what the issue was and gave me options to treatment which allowed me to make an informed decision regarding further treatment .
The experience was hugely positive and I would highly recommend this practice.

Been a patient at this dentist for my whole life and couldn’t recommend them enough! Really helpful with any issues or emergencies I have had. Mankind and Nas always take time out of their day to help with my teeth whitening questions :) receptionist is also super helpful :)

I cannot thank this dental practice enough the dental surgeon was amazing I had to phone so many but hhe was the only one to respond and helped me with my front veneer that came off at beginning of lockdown thank you once again to you and your helpful team

The dentist put me at ease, because I had concerns regarding sensitivity. Pain free, procedure was explained in very good detail. Happy friendly staff, happy to be part of this practice

Excellent communication skills practised by all staff. The medical staff offer an attentive and considered approach when reviewing necessary treatment, paying particular heed to the patient’s needs. This caring and thoughtful attitude is evident in all means of communication with the practice from face-to-face contact for treatment to email updates on measures implemented to manage Covid-19 development

I had a need for urgent treatment and was fortunate to find Medika Dental. I had to wait two days, and they were helpful, and understanding of my my needs. I do not like dentists so was greatly surprised how I felt during and after the treatment. I needed to get antibiotics for infection, and need to visit for surgery due to very long roots. After my first experience I feel more at ease at the prospect of another visit
